Exploring the Application of Information Technology in the Maintenance and Repair of Medical Equipment

目的:探究分析在医疗设备维护维修管理中应用信息技术的价值.方法:研究对象为本院近两年临床应用的200台医疗设备,2018年9月~2019年9月本院设备管理科实施信息技术管理,以此作为观察组,2017年9月~2018年8月本院设备管理科实施常规管理,将其作为对照组,观察并比较两组医疗设备维护维修情况.结果:不同管理干预后,观察组设备故障发生率、设备出现故障后等待工程师到院维修的率以及设备出现故障到修复至正常工作平均耗时显著低于对照组的,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:在医疗设备维护维修管理中应用信息技术可有效降低医疗设备维修率,保障了医疗设备稳定、安全的运行.

Objective:To explore the value of applying information technology in the maintenance and management of medical equipment.Methods:The research subjects were 200 medical devices clinically applied in our hospital in the past two years.During the period from September 2018 to September 2019,the equipment management department of our hospital implemented information technology management as an observation group,September 2017 to August 2018,the equipment management division of our hospital implemented routine management and used it as a control group to observe and compare the maintenance and repair of medical equipment in the two groups.Results:After different management interventions,the incidence rate of equipment failure in the observation group,the rate of waiting for the engineer to go to the hospital after the equipment failed,and the average time taken for the equipment to fail to repair to normal operation significantly lower than the control group’s,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of information technology in the maintenance and management of medical equipment can effectively reduce the maintenance rate of medical equipment and ensure the stable and safe operation of medical equipment.
