手术室细节护理管理在确保手术室器械安全中的应用效果

Application Effect of Operating Room Detail Nursing Management in Ensuring the Safety of Operating Room Equipment

目的:分析手术室细节护理管理在确保手术室器械安全中的应用效果.方法:选取2018年1月~2019年8月220例医院收治行择期手术患者,随机分为观察组(110例)和对照组(110例).对照组采取常规手术室护理管理模式,观察组则采用手术室细节护理管理模式.观察两组患者术中医疗器械故障发生率、操作不当事件发生率.结果:观察组术中医疗器械故障发生率、操作不当事件发生率均明显低于对照组(P<0.05).结论:手术室细节护理管理模式能够确保器械安全,保障手术的顺利开展,减少设备故障发生率,避免术中风险事件的发生.

Objective:To analyze the application effect of operating room detail nursing management in ensuring the safety of operating room equipment.Methods:From January 2018 to August 2019,220 patients admitted to the hospital for elective surgery were randomly divided into an observation group(110 cases)and a control group(110 cases).The control group adopted the conventional operating room nursing management model,while the observation group adopted the operating room detailed nursing management model.Observe the incidence of medical device failure and improper operation of the two groups of patients during operation.Results:The incidence of medical device failure and improper operation in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The detailed nursing management model in the operating room can ensure the safety of the equipment,ensure the smooth operation of the operation,reduce the incidence of equipment failure,and avoid the occurrence of intraoperative risk events.
