Infection Control and Equipment Management in Clean Operating Room

目的:探讨洁净手术室的感染控制与设备管理.方法:本院手术室自2018年3月开始在洁净手术室实施感染控制、设备管理,分别取实施前、后各300台手术进行比较,观察医护人员满意度评分、仪器设备准备时间及完善情况等.结果:与实施前比较,实施后医护人员满意度评分明显提高,仪器设备准备时间明显减少,手术准备完善率明显提高(P<0.05).结论:通过完善洁净手术室的感染控制、设备管理,能够缩短设备准备时间,提高手术准备完善率,提高医护人员满意度.

Objective:To explore the infection control and equipment management in clean operating room.Methods:The infection control and equipment management were carried out in the operating room of our hospital since March 2018,and 300 sets of operations were compared before and after the operation,and the satisfaction score of medical staff,the preparation time of instrument and equipment and the improvement were observed.Results:Compared with before implementation,the scores of satisfaction of medical staff were significantly improved,the preparation time of instruments and equipment was obviously reduced,and the rate of improvement of operation preparation was significantly improved(P<0.05).Conclusion:By improving infection control and equipment management in clean operating room,the equipment accuracy can be shortened preparation time,improve the rate of surgical preparation improvement,and improve the satisfaction of medical staff.
