With the continuous improvement of medical standards,the performance and types of medical devices are gradually optimized and perfected,and the level of training and management of medical devices applied by medical staff to nursing staff directly affects the quality of medical services and the level of patient diagnosis and treatment;for this,strengthen this aspect research is of great significance.This article mainly describes the training and management of the use of medical devices in clinical nursing,analyzes the current status of the use of medical devices,and proposes training and management strategies,hoping to play a positive reference role in the development of modern hospitals.
