摘要
自上世纪90年代起,计算机技术、放射物理技术及放射物理技术均呈现迅猛的发展趋势,而放射治疗技术也随之不断发展、优化,其中较为常见的放射治疗技术包含调强放疗、螺旋断层放疗、容积旋转调强放疗、三维适形放疗等,极大地提升了肿瘤疾病的临床治愈率及肿瘤靶区的物理适形度。随着放射治疗技术的不断发展,越来越多新型放疗技术应运而生,如放射影像组学、剂量引导放射治疗、图像引导放射治疗及生物引导放射治疗等。
Since the 1990s,computer technology,radiophysics technology and radiophysics technology have shown a rapid development trend,and radiotherapy technology has also been continuously developed and optimized.The more common radiotherapy technology includes intensity-modulated radiotherapy,spiral tomography radiotherapy,volume rotation intensity modulated radiotherapy,three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy,etc.,greatly improved the clinical cure rate of tumor diseases and the physical conformity of the tumor target area.With the continuous development of radiotherapy technology,more and more new radiotherapy technologies have emerged,such as radioimaging,dose-guided radiotherapy,image-guided radiotherapy and biological-guided radiotherapy.
