多层螺旋CT诊断急性胸腹部创伤的临床价值

The Clinical Value of Multi-Slice Spiral CT in Diagnosis of Acute Chest and Abdomen Trauma

目的:探讨多层螺旋CT诊断急性胸腹部创伤的临床价值。方法:选取2018年7月~2019年7月于本院就诊的急性胸腹部创伤患者85例为观察对象,分别采取常规X射线与多层螺旋CT检查诊断,参照病理诊断结果,比较两种检查方式的诊断符合率。结果:将病理诊断作为金标准,CT诊断符合率为100%,X射线为87.1%,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);以肋骨骨折、皮下气肿及胸腔积液最为常见。结论:急性胸腹部创伤应用多层螺旋CT检查诊断符合率较高。

Objective:To explore the clinical value of multi-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of acute chest and abdomen trauma.Methods:The subjects included in this study were 85 patients with acute chest and abdomen trauma who were treated in our hospital from July 2018 to July 2019.They were diagnosed by conventional X-ray and multi-slice spiral CT,and the two were compared according to the pathological diagnosis results.The diagnostic coincidence rate of the inspection method.Results:Taking pathological diagnosis as the gold standard,the coincidence rate of CT diagnosis was 100%,X-ray was 87.1%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);rib fracture,subcutaneous emphysema and pleural effusion were the most common.Conclusion:The diagnosis rate of acute chest and abdomen trauma using multi-slice spiral CT is relatively high.
