彩色多普勒超声在颈部淋巴结结核诊断中的应用价值

The Value of Color Doppler Ultrasound in the Diagnosis of Cervical Lymph Node Tuberculosis

目的:深入研究彩色多普勒超声在颈部淋巴结结核诊断中的应用价值。方法:从2016年10月~2018年10月到本院接受颈部淋巴结增大诊断的患者中选择20例患者作为研究对象,20例患者经过病理检查发现,其中淋巴结结核4例、反应性淋巴结以及恶性淋巴结的患者各8例,在其他条件相同的情况下,为这20例患者均进行彩色多普勒超声诊断,将诊断结果进行比较。结果:彩色多普勒超声诊断与病理诊断结果差异不大,能够清晰地将结节周围的血流信号呈现出来(P>0.05)。结论:彩色多普勒超声在颈部淋巴结结核诊断中具有较高的诊断价值。

Objective:To study in depth the application value of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of cervical lymph node tuberculosis.Methods:From October 2016 to October 2018,we selected 20 patients as the research object from the patients who received cervical lymph node enlargement diagnosis in our hospital.20 patients were found by pathological examination,including 4 cases of lymph node tuberculosis,8 patients with lymph nodes and 8 with malignant lymph nodes.Under the same conditions,the 20 patients were diagnosed by color Doppler ultrasound,and their diagnostic results were compared.Results:The results of color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis and pathological diagnosis were not much different,and the blood flow signals around the nodules could be clearly presented(P>0.05).Conclusion:Color Doppler ultrasound has a high diagnostic value in the diagnosis of cervical lymph node tuberculosis.
