超声诊断乳腺癌腋窝淋巴结转移的影像学表现分析及研究

Analysis and Research of Imaging Features of Ultrasonic Diagnosis of Axillary Lymph Node Metastasis in Breast Cancer

目的:分析超声诊断乳腺癌腋窝淋巴结转移的影像学表现的价值。方法:选取2018年3月~2018年9月本院收治的乳腺癌患者64例进行研究,将未发生腋窝淋巴结转移的30例患者分为对照组,将发生腋窝淋巴结转移的34例患者分为观察组,对所有患者均采用超声诊断检查,分析超声影像学的表现。结果:观察组患者的乳腺超声诊断检查后以偏心增厚型为主,血流状态以周边型为主,对照组患者的乳腺超声诊断检查以狭窄型为主,血流状态以淋巴门型为主,观察组和对照组的皮质形态、血流状态差异显著。结论:在乳腺癌患者临床中采用超声诊断检查腋窝淋巴结转移情况,可根据乳腺超声诊断的皮质形态、血流状态进行诊断。

Objective:To explore the value of ultrasound imaging diagnosis of axillary lymph node metastasis of breast cancer.Methods:64 patients with breast cancer admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to September 2018 were selected for the study.Thirty patients without axillary lymph node metastasis were divided into a control group,and 34 patients with axillary lymph node metastasis were divided into an observation group.Diagnostic examination,analysis of the performance of ultrasound imaging.Results:After the ultrasound diagnosis of mammary gland in the observation group,the eccentric thickening type was mainly used,and the blood flow state was mainly peripheral.Mainly,the observation group and the control group had significant differences in cortical morphology and blood flow status.Conclusion:The diagnosis of axillary lymph node metastasis by ultrasound diagnosis in breast cancer patients can be diagnosed according to the cortical morphology and blood flow status of breast ultrasound diagnosis,and has high clinical application value.
