心肌缺血应用常规心电图的诊断价值分析

Diagnostic Value Analysis of Myocardial Ischemia Using Conventional Electrocardiogram

目的:探讨心肌缺血应用常规心电图的诊断价值。方法:筛选出2015年4月~2019年6月于本院实施心肌缺血诊治处理的患者70例为研究对象。使用EDAN-SE1201型数字式12通道心电图仪,对患者实施常规心电图检查处理。记录患者的心电图检查结果,讨论常规心电图检查方式鉴别心肌缺血疾病的精准度、灵敏度及特异性。结果:临床表征显著的心肌缺血患者例数为37例,临床表征不够明显的患者例数为33例,即常规心电图检查方式鉴别心肌缺血疾病的精准度、灵敏度及特异性分别为68.52%、89.19%、62.96%。结论:对心肌缺血患者应用常规心电图检查方式进行临床诊断,仅适用于临床表征显著的心肌缺血患者,对于临床表征不够明显的患者,依旧需要给予其他的诊断手段。

Objective:To explore the diagnostic value of conventional electrocardiogram for myocardial ischemia.Methods:A total of 70 patients who underwent diagnosis and treatment of myocardial ischemia in our hospital from April 2015 to June 2019 were selected.Use EDAN-SE1201 digital 12-channel electrocardiograph to carry out routine electrocardiogram examination and treatment on patients.Record the patient’s electrocardiogram results,and discuss the accuracy,sensitivity,and specificity of routine electrocardiogram tests to identify myocardial ischemic diseases.Results:The number of patients with clinically significant myocardial ischemia was 37,and the number of patients with insufficient clinical manifestations was 33.That is,the accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of routine electrocardiography in identifying myocardial ischemic diseases were 68.52%,89.19%,62.96%.Conclusion:The routine electrocardiographic examination for the diagnosis of myocardial ischemia is only suitable for patients with significant myocardial ischemia.For patients with insufficient clinical manifestations,other diagnostic methods are still needed.
