心电监护仪在心血管危重患者中监测血压的应用

摘要 目的:分析心电监护仪应用在心血管危重患者血压监测中的效果。方法:选择2018年3月~2019年4月来本院进行治疗的心血管危重患者56例作为观察组,另外选择同期来本院进行治疗的心血管危重患者56例作为对照组,对照组选择医护人员定时采用血压计进行血压测量的方法进行血压监视,观察组则选择采用24h动态心电监测仪进行血压监测,对两种监测效果进行评价比较。结果:观察组的平均舒张压、夜间平均收缩压、昼间平均舒张压、昼间平均收缩压、24h平均舒张压、24h平均收缩压、24h平均舒张总负荷、24h平均收缩总负荷和对照组相比均存在差异,P<0.05。结论:对心血管危重患者进行血压监测的时候,通过24h动态血压监测仪的应用能够准确地对患者的血压变化状况进行测量,同时也能够节省相关医护人员的大量时间,为医生对患者提供可行的治疗方案提供依据。 Objective:To analyze the effect of ECG monitor on blood pressure monitoring of cardiovascular patients.Methods:56 cases of cardiovascular critical patients who came to our hospital from March 2018 to April 2019 were selected as the observation group of this article,and 56 cases of cardiovascular critical patients who came to our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.The medical staff selected the blood pressure measurement method using a sphygmomanometer for blood pressure monitoring,and the observation group chose to use a 24-hour dynamic electrocardiograph for blood pressure monitoring to evaluate and compare the two monitoring effects.Results:The average diastolic blood pressure,night mean systolic pressure,daytime average diastolic pressure,daytime average systolic pressure,24h average diastolic blood pressure,24h average total diastolic load and 24h average total systolic load of the observation group were significantly different from those of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:the application of 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure monitor can accurately measure the change of blood pressure in patients with cardiovascular critically ill patients,at the same time,it can save a lot of time of relevant medical staff,and provide basis for doctors to provide feasible treatment scheme for patients.
