老年胆结石选用腹腔镜术式治疗的疗效及优势研究

Choose the Curative Effect of Laparoscopic Surgery Treatment and Advantages of Gallstones in Elderly Research

目的:研究老年胆结石选用腹腔镜术式治疗的疗效及优势。方法:选取2018年1月~2019年6月在本院就诊治疗的68例胆结石患者为观察对象。以奇偶数的方式将患者分为观察组和对照组,每组各34例。对照组采用常规手术方式,观察组采用腹腔镜手术方式,分析两组手术效果。结果:观察组手术时长短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,手术切口小于对照组;肛门排气时间、肠胃恢复时间以及住院时间均短于对照组;并发症发生率比对照组低17.65%,两组患者的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:腹腔镜术式可以有效改善老年胆结石患者的病情。

Objective:To study the elderly gallstones chooses the curative effect of laparoscopic surgery treatment and advantages.Methods:From January 2018-June 2019 in our hospital treatment of 68 patients with gallstones as the research object.In the form of odd even divided the patients into the experimental group and routine group,each group(n=34).Regular group with normal operation method,the experimental group using laparoscopic surgery,surgery effect analysis of two groups.Results:Experimental surgery at length in the conventional group,intraoperative blood loss less than normal group,incision is less than the conventional group;The anus exhaust time,gastrointestinal recovery time and hospital stay were shorter in the conventional group;Complication rates 17.65%lower than normal group,the difference of two groups of patients with statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic surgery can effectively improve the condition of old patients with gallstones.
