摘要
目的:探讨根管显微镜在钙化根管治疗中的应用效果。方法:对定位困难的钙化阻塞根管106个,使用根管显微镜辅助寻找根管口,并运用超声技术进行根管治疗。结果:①前牙:上颌前牙钙化根管31个,疏通成功28个(90.3%);下颌前牙钙化根管9个,疏通成功5个(55.6%),总的疏通成功率为82.5%。前磨牙:上颌前磨牙钙化根管22个,疏通成功16个(72.7%);下颌前磨牙钙化根管4个,疏通成功3个(75.0%),总的疏通成功率为73.1%。磨牙:上颌磨牙钙化根管27个,疏通成功25个(92.6%);下颌磨牙钙化根管13个,疏通成功9个(69.2%),总的疏通成功率为85.0%。前牙与磨牙钙化疏通成功率明显高于前磨牙,比较有统计学意义(P<0.05);②根上1/3钙化根管69个,疏通成功66个,疏通成功率为95.7%;根中1/3钙化根管21个,疏通成功16个,疏通成功率为76.2%;根尖1/3钙化根管16个,疏通成功7个,疏通成功率为43.8%。根上1/3钙化疏通成功率明显高于根中1/3与根尖1/3,比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:根管显微镜的应用解决了困难钙化根管的治疗问题,且对于前牙、磨牙及根上1/3处的钙化疏通成功率相对更高。
Objective:To explore the effect of root canal microscope in the treatment of calcified root canal.Methods:For 106 calcified root canals that were difficult to locate,root canal microscopy was used to assist in finding the root canal orifice,and ultrasonic techniques were used for root canal treatment.Results:①Anterior teeth:31 calcified root canals of maxillary anterior teeth and 28 successful dredges(90.3%);9 calcified root canals of mandibular anterior teeth and 5 successful dredges(55.6%),with a total success rate of 82.5%.Premolars:22 calcified root canals of the maxillary premolars and 16 successful dredges(72.7%);4 calcified root canals of the mandibular premolars and 3 successful dredgings(75.0%),with a total success rate of 73.1%.Molars:27 calcified root canals of maxillary molars and 25 successful dredges(92.6%);13 calcified root canals of mandibular molars and 9 successful dredges(69.2%),with a total successful rate of 85.0%.The success rate of calcification in anterior teeth and molars is significantly higher than that of premolars,which is statistically significant(P<0.05);②69 root canals in the first 1/3 calcification,66 successful in dredging,and 95.7%in dredging success rate;There were 211/3 calcified root canals and 16 successful canalizations,with a successful rate of 76.2%;16 apical root canals with 1/3 calcification,7 successful ablations,and a successful rate of 43.8%.The success rate of calcification dredging in the upper 1/3 of the root was significantly higher than that in the middle 1/3 and root 1/3,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of root canal microscope solves the problem of treatment of difficult calcified root canals,and the success rate of calcification dredge is relatively higher for anterior teeth,molars and 1/3 of the root.
