研究固定义齿、可摘义齿咬合重建修复对咬合重建患者咀嚼效率的影响

To Study the Effect of Occlusal Reconstruction of Fixed and Removable Dentures on the Chewing Efficiency of Patients with Occlusal Reconstruction

目的:分析固定义齿、可摘义齿咬合重建修复对咬合重建患者咀嚼效率的影响。方法:选择2017年7月~2018年7月本院收治的100例咬合重建患者,其中50例患者选择固定义齿修复重建为固定组,50例患者选择可摘义齿修复重建为可摘组,对比两组患者咀嚼效率变化。结果:经过不同咬合重建修复,两组患者咀嚼效率均有一定提升,其中固定组患者咬合重建修复后患者咀嚼效率高于可摘组患者,两组患者对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在临床治疗咬合重建患者的过程中,采用固定义齿以及可摘义齿均能较为有效地恢复患者咀嚼效率,而采用固定义齿的方法能够有效提升患者疾病治疗效果,对于提升患者咬合能力,改善患者咀嚼效率,提高患者生活质量具有重要意义。

Objective:To analyze the effect of occlusal reconstruction of fixed and removable dentures on the chewing efficiency of patients with occlusal reconstruction.Methods:We selected 100 patients with occlusion reconstruction from July 2017 to July 2018 in our hospital.Among them,50 patients chose fixed tooth restoration and reconstruction as fixed group,and 50 patients chose removable denture restoration and reconstruction as removable group.The chewing efficiency of the two groups of patients was compared.Results:After different occlusion reconstructions,the chewing efficiency of the two groups of patients was improved to some extent.Among the fixed group,the refusal efficiency of the patients after occlusion reconstruction was higher than that of the removable group.Conclusion:In the process of clinical treatment of patients with occlusal reconstruction,the use of fixed teeth and removable dentures can effectively restore the chewing efficiency of patients,and the use of fixed teeth can effectively improve the treatment effect of patients’diseases,and improve the bite ability of patients It is of great significance for patients to chew efficiently and improve their quality of life.
