摘要
目的:分析研讨综合验光仪检查评估脱抑制训练治疗屈光参差性弱视患儿的临床疗效。方法:回顾分析本院2016年2月~2018年12月收治的70例屈光参差性弱视患儿,均接受定量遮盖,以及家庭+诊室训练,再按治疗方式不同分为对照组(35例接受刺激训练+弱视训练仪+电脑软件精细)和观察组(35例在对照组训练基础上,矫正视力>0.6后,再实施脱抑制等训练),比较两组临床疗效。结果:比较视力疗效,观察组基本痊愈率71.43%高于对照组31.43%,进步率22.86%低于对照组62.86%(P<0.05),无效率5.71%比对照组5.71%(P>0.05)。比较远立体视,治疗前组间数据差异小(P>0.05),治疗后,观察组阳性率94.29%高于对照组60%,阴性率5.71%低于对照组40%(P<0.05)。结论:屈光参差性弱视患儿在接受综合验光仪检查后,再给予双眼视功能和脱抑制训练,改善弱视症状,进而提高视力。
Objective:To analyze and evaluate the clinical effect of comprehensive refractometer examination and evaluation of de-suppression training for children with anisometropia.Methods:A retrospective analysis of 70 patients with anisometropia and amblyopia admitted to our hospital from February 2016 to December 2018,all received quantitative coverage,and family+clinic training,and were divided into control groups(35 cases according to different treatment methods.Receiving stimulation training+amblyopia training device+fine computer software)and the research group(35 cases based on the training of the control group,corrected vision>0.6,and then implemented de-suppression training)to compare the clinical efficacy of the two groups.Results:Comparing the efficacy of vision,the basic recovery rate of the study group was 71.43%higher than that of the control group 31.43%,the progress rate was 22.86%lower than that of the control group 62.86%(P<0.05),the inefficiency 5.71%was higher than the control group 5.71%(P>0.05).Compared with stereopsis,the data difference between the groups before treatment was small(P>0.05).After treatment,the positive rate of the study group was 94.29%higher than the control group 60%,and the negative rate 5.71%was lower than the control group 40%(P<0.05).Conclusion:Children with anisometropia and amblyopia will receive binocular visual function and de-suppression training after receiving comprehensive refractometer examination to improve amblyopic symptoms and thus improve vision.
