高通量透析器在维持性血液透析患者中的应用效果

Application Effect of High-Throughput Dialyzer in Maintenance Hemodialysis Patients

目的:探究分析高通量透析器在维持性血液透析患者中的应用效果。方法:选择2018年3月~2019年4月在锦州市中心医院接受血液透析治疗的患者80例为研究对象,依据随机数字分组法,将研究对象分为观察组与对照组,每组40例。对照组患者使用常规血液透析器进行透析,观察组患者则使用高通量透析器进行透析。对两组患者治疗后的肌酐、白蛋白、尿素氮、β2-微球蛋白等生化指标及患者的生活质量进行比较。结果:观察组患者治疗后的肌酐、白蛋白、尿素氮、β2-微球蛋白等生化指标情况明显优于对照组,P<0.05;观察组患者治疗后的生活质量明显优于对照组,P<0.05。结论:高通量透析器在维持性血液透析患者中的应用效果显著,能够有效地改善患者的各项生化指标,提高患者的生活质量,有利于患者的治疗。

Objective:To explore and analyze the application effect of high-throughput dialyzers in maintenance hemodialysis patients.Methods:From March 2018 to April 2019,80 patients who received hemodialysis treatment at Jinzhou Central Hospital were selected as the research object.According to the random number grouping method,the research objects were divided into observation group and control group,each group 40 example.Patients in the control group used conventional hemodialyzers for dialysis,while patients in the observation group used high-throughput dialyzers for dialysis.The biochemical indicators such as creatinine,albumin,urea nitrogen,β2-microglobulin and the quality of life of patients were compared between the two groups after treatment.Results:The biochemical indexes of creatinine,albumin,urea nitrogen andβ2-microglobulin in the observation group were significantly better than the control group,P<0.05;the quality of life of the observation group after treatment was significantly better than the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The application of highthroughput dialyzers in maintenance hemodialysis patients is significant.It can effectively improve various biochemical indicators of patients,improve the quality of life of patients,and benefit the treatment of patients.
