术中冰冻切片病理检查在卵巢肿瘤中的临床应用分析

Clinical Application of Intraoperative Frozen Section Pathological Examination in Ovarian Tumor

目的:在卵巢肿瘤术中应用冰冻切片病理检查法,并分析其临床应用效果。方法:选取2017年10月~2019年9月在本院进行手术治疗的88例卵巢肿瘤患者。所有患者均进行冰冻切片病理检查以及石蜡切片病理检查,以石蜡切片病理检查为参考标准,分析冰冻切片病理检查的诊断价值。结果:冰冻切片检查时间明显短于石蜡切片检查(P<0.05);快速冰冻切片诊断的敏感性为100%,特异性为96.23%,与石蜡切片检查结果一致性较高(P>0.05)。结论:冰冻切片病理检查符合率较高,且能够缩短检查时间,应用效果良好。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of frozen section pathological examination in ovarian tumor surgery.Methods:From October 2017 to September 2019,88 patients with ovarian tumor underwent surgical treatment in our hospital.All patients underwent pathological examination of frozen sections and paraffin sections,and the diagnostic value of pathological examination of frozen sections was analyzed with the pathological examination of paraffin sections as the reference standard.Results:The time of frozen sectioning was significantly shorter than that of paraffin sectioning(P<0.05).The sensitivity and specificity of the diagnosis of fast frozen section were 100%and 96.23%,which were consistent with the results of paraffin section examination(P>0.05).Conclusion:The coincidence rate of frozen section pathology examination is high,and can shorten the examination time,the application effect is good.
