评价老年患者PICC置管后两种皮肤消毒方法用于导管维护的效果

To Evaluate the Effect of Two Skin Disinfection Methods for Catheter Maintenance After PICC Placement in Elderly Patients

目的:分析应用不同皮肤消毒方法对于老年患者PICC置管中对于导管维护的效果。方法:选择2018年11月~2019年11月本院接诊的20例PICC置管老年患者,使用奇偶法将其分为对照组与观察组,10例/组,对照组采用乙醇消毒3次,碘伏消毒3次的方式,观察组接受萄酸氯已定消毒剂3次,比较两种皮肤消毒方式的效果。结果:观察组待干时间小于对照组,(P<0.05)存在统计学意义;观察组接触性皮炎发生率小于对照组,(P<0.05)存在统计学意义;观察组局部舒适度评分和护理满意度评分优于对照组,(P<0.05)存在统计学意义。结论:老年患者PICC维护中使用萄酸氯已定消毒剂的效果显著,优势明显。

Objective:To analyze the effect of different skin disinfection methods on the maintenance of PICC catheter in elderly patients.Methods:From November 2018 to November 2019,20 elderly patients with PICC were selected and divided into control group and observation group by parity method,10 cases/group.The control group was sterilized by alcohol 3 times,iodophor 3 times,and the observation group was sterilized by chlorhexidine gluconate 3 times,and the effect of two skin disinfection methods was compared.Results:The waiting time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05),the incidence of contact dermatitis in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the scores of local comfort and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of using chlorhexidine gluconate disinfectant in the maintenance of PICC for elderly patients is significant,with obvious advantages.
