摘要 目的:在医院消毒供应中心实现能源的智能化控制和监控。方法:将消毒供应中心内的电能、工业蒸汽、纯蒸汽、压缩空气、自来水、纯化水等各项能源进行自动化、智能化控制,科学供给,并实时监控和记录各项能源的关键参数和消耗数据。结果:智能化能源控制系统可实现压力蒸汽灭菌器、低温灭菌器、纯蒸汽发生器的自动开机,其中压力蒸汽灭菌器和低温灭菌器还可自动完成预热程序和自检测程序。各项能源的自动供应能够和设备的运行进行自动匹配,并能准确记录各项能源的具体消耗量。结论:智能化能源控制系统在消毒供应中心的应用,进一步实现了消毒供应中心的现代化管理水平,可减少消毒供应中心人力资源配备,提高工作效率,规范压力蒸汽灭菌器和低温灭菌器的操作规程,同时可实现精准核算消毒供应中心的能源消耗,为医院绩效考核成本计算提供真实有效的数据。 Objective:To realize the intelligent control and monitoring of energy in the hospital disinfection supply center.Methods:The power,industrial steam,pure steam,compressed air,tap water,purified water and other energy sources in the disinfection supply center were automatically and intelligently controlled,scientifically supplied,and the key parameters and consumption data of each energy source were monitored and recorded in real time.Results:The intelligent energy control system can automatically start the pressure steam sterilizer,low temperature sterilizer and pure steam generator,and the pressure steam sterilizer and low temperature sterilizer can also automatically complete the preheating program and self-test program.The automatic supply of all kinds of energy can automatically match with the operation of the equipment,and can accurately record the specific consumption of all kinds of energy.Conclusion:The application of the intelligent energy control system in the disinfection supply center further realizes the modern management level of the disinfection supply center,which can reduce the human resource allocation of the disinfection supply center,improve the working efficiency,standardize the operating procedures of the pressure steam sterilizer and the low-temperature sterilizer,at the same time,realize the accurate accounting of the energy consumption of the disinfection supply center,and calculate the cost for the performance appraisal of the hospital To provide real and effective data.
