精细化管理在手术室微创手术器械和设备管理中的应用

Application of Fine Management in Management of Minimally Invasive Surgical Instruments and Equipment in Operating Room

目的:探究精细化管理在手术室微创手术器械和设备管理中的应用效果。方法:选取2018年2月~2019年1月本院收治的微创手术患者450例为A组,在器械管理中采用精细化管理措施干预,另选取2017年2月~2018年1月收治的微创手术患者450例为B组,采用常规器械管理干预。管理后观察不良事件发生情况、感染发生率、管理质量评分及手术室工作质量评分。结果:A组不良事件发生率1.56%,低于B组的14.67%,对比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组感染发生率1.11%,低于B组的5.33%,对比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组管理质量评分及手术室工作质量评分均高于B组,对比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:精细化管理在手术室微创手术器械和设备管理中的应用效果显著。

Objective:To explore the effect of fine management in minimally invasive surgical instruments and equipment management in operating room.Methods:450 patients with minimally invasive surgery admitted in our hospital in February 2018~January 2019 were selected as the A group,and 450 patients with minimally invasive surgery admitted in February 2017~January 2018 were selected as the B group,and routine instrument management intervention was used.After management,the occurrence of adverse events,infection rate,management quality score and operating room work quality score were observed.Results:The incidence of adverse events in A group was 1.56%,lower than that in B group 14.67%,the comparison was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of infection in A group was 1.11%,which was lower than 5.33%in B group,and the comparison was statistically significant(P<0.05).A group management quality score and operating room work quality score were higher than B group,the comparison was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of fine management in the management of minimally invasive surgical instruments and equipment in operating room is remarkable and has high clinical value.
