摘要
血液透析是一种血液净化疗法,它替代了正常肾脏的部分排泄功能,是抢救急、慢性肾功能衰竭的最有效的措施之一。卫生部门统计,2014年全世界有超过260万例尿毒症患者接受了血液透析治疗。预计到2030年,全球血液透析患者人数将增长到550万例。随着血液透析患者数量的增加,血液透析室的规模也随之扩大。血液透析室医学疗备的质量管理将直接影响透析患者的疗效和生命。文章结合实践,尝试从医疗装备工程角度探讨如何加强血液透析规范化管理,加强维修保养和人才培养,确保血液透析医疗安全、提高血液透析医疗质量,提升医疗设备使用寿命。
Hemodialysis is a blood purification therapy that replaces some of the normal excretion function of the kidney and is one of the most effective measures for emergency and chronic kidney failure.According to the Department of Health,more than 2.6 million people worldwide received hemodialysis in 2014.The number of dialysis patients worldwide is expected to grow to 5.5 million by 2030.With the increase of the number of hemodialysis patients,the scale of hemodialysis room also expanded.The quality management of medical equipment in hemodialysis room will directly affect the curative effect and life of dialysis patients.Combined with the practice of our hospital,this paper tries to discuss how to strengthen the standardized management of hemodialysis,strengthen the maintenance and personnel training,ensure the medical safety of hemodialysis and improve the medical quality of hemodialysis from the perspective of medical equipment engineering,to extend the life of medical equipment.
