Comparison of Different Cleaning Methods for Surgical Instruments

目的:探讨医院手术器械优效的清洗方法。方法:将中度污染手术器械180件随机分为3组各60件,分别接受直接机洗、加酶超声预洗+机洗、加酶超声+手洗,评价清洁合格率并进行对比。结果:直接机洗组、加酶超声预洗+机洗组、加酶超声预洗+手洗组的合格率分别为85%、96.7%、75%,三组间差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:加酶超声+机洗的器械清洗方法的清洁效果明显优于其他两种方法。

Objective:To explore the method of cleaning the surgical instruments in hospital.Methods:180 pieces of moderately contaminated surgical instruments were randomly divided into 3 groups of 60 pieces each,and they received direct machine wash,enzymatic ultrasonic pre-wash+machine wash,and enzymatic ultrasonic+hand wash.The cleaning pass rate was evaluated and compared.Results:The pass rates of the direct machine wash group,the enzyme-enhanced ultrasound pre-wash+machine wash group,and the enzyme-enhanced ultrasound pre-wash+hand wash group were 85%,96.7%,and 75%,respectively(P<0.05).Conclusion:The cleaning effect of the instrument cleaning method with enzyme ultrasound and machine washing is obviously better than the other two methods.
