摘要
为提高植物生理学实验的教学水平,进一步培养学生的综合素质,山东农业大学植物生理学教研组与时俱进,近年来不断改进植物组织水势测定的实验教学,在其实验学时数保持不变的基础上,从水势测定的一种方法增加到两种,并在实验教学课堂中进行问题引导性教学,同时注重提高实验报告的质量,进一步培养学生的思维能力和综合分析能力。
In order to improve the teaching level of plant physiology experiment and further cultivate the students comprehensive quality,the teaching and research group of plant physiology in our university keeps pace with the times.In recent years,the experimental teaching of measuring water potential of plant tissues has been continuously improved.On the basis of keeping the experimental teaching hours unchanged,one method of measuring water potential has been increased to two methods,and the method of measuring water potential has also been improved.In the experimental teaching class,Problem-based Learning should be carried out,and the quality of the experimental report should be improved to further train the students’thinking ability and comprehensive analysis ability.
