摘要
结合东北大学材料电磁过程研究教育部重点实验室的实际情况,分析了基于材料学科的专业实验室的独有特征,并提出了适合于材料学科专业实验室建设与发展的"六字方针"(提升、健全、优化),即要努力做到提升实验室建设水平、健全实验室规章制度以及优化实验室师资队伍,为推进素质教育、培养应用型人才、提升学科学术水平,提供良好的外部环境。
According to the actual situation of Key Lab.of Electromagnetic Processing of Materials,Ministry of Education,Northeastern University,analysing the unique characteristics of the professional laboratory for material subject,and putting forward the suitable for the construction and development of professional laboratory of material subject“six word guideline”(promotion,sound,optimization).Efforts should be made to improve the level of laboratory construction,improve the laboratory rules and regulations,and optimize the teaching staff in laboratories,so as to provide a good external environment for promoting quality education,training applied talents and improving academic level.
