摘要
从大学生对学校创新创业激励体制的满意度调查出发,选取5个准则层指标和19个指标层指标,建立了高校创新创业激励体制综合评判指标体系。基于问卷调查数据,运用AHP-熵权法确定各指标综合权重,采用TOPSIS法对成都七所高校的创新创业激励体制进行综合评价及排名,并以四川大学为例,对其评价结果进行深入分析后提出了相应的改进建议。
Starting from the college students satisfaction with innovative entrepreneurial incentive system,this paper selects 5 indexes in criteria layer and 19 indexes in index layer and establishes the comprehensive evaluation index system of innovative entrepreneurial incentive system.Based on the questionnaire data,the compulsory weight of each index is determined by AHP-entropy weight method,the TOPSIS method is adopted for conducting the comprehensive evaluation and ranking of the seven universities in Chengdu about innovative entrepreneurial incentive system.This paper takes Sichuan University as an example to put forward corresponding suggestions after making an in-depth analysis of its evaluation results.
