基于IAD延展决策模型的农民宅基地退出意愿研究--以江苏省常熟市为例

Research on Farmers’Willingness to Withdraw from Their Homestead Based on IAD Extension Decision Model:A Case Study of Changshu,Jiangsu Province

本文基于奥斯特罗姆的IAD延展决策模型,通过对常熟市200户农户的调研数据,运用logistic回归模型对农户宅基地退出的意愿进行回归分析,并进行了稳健性检验,以确保结果的可靠性。研究发现:宅基地退出的意愿会受到农民的家庭和土地情况、农民对于宅基地退出的认知变革属性、农民所在地政策实施环境和市场要素以及宅基地退出的规则程序的影响。

Based on Ostrom’s IAD extension decision model,and via the investigation data of 200 households in Changshu City,this paper uses a logistic regression model to make a regression analysis of the willingness of households to withdraw from the homestead,and conducts a robustness test to ensure the reliability of the results.The research results show that the willingness to withdraw from the homestead will be affected by the family and land conditions of farmers,their willingness to withdraw from the homestead,the cognitive change attribute of the withdrawal,the policy implementation environment and market factors of the farmers,and the rules and procedures of the withdrawal of the homestead.
