公园城市背景下的绿色空间赋能体系构建研究

Research on the Construction of Green Space Empowerment System under the Background of Park City

如何提升绿色空间价值转化效率,促进绿色空间价值向更高维度提升,是公园城市建设过程中的重要议题。文章从赋能角度就公园城市背景下的绿色空间价值转化过程进行解构,认为绿色空间价值转化主要通过周边环境、空间、人流、商业等方面的赋能途径进行,不同尺度、不同类型的绿色空间可以在生态、社会、经济层面对周边环境进行赋能,从而使自身价值在不同维度得以传导并体现。文章尝试构建符合价值转化内在需求的绿色赋能空间体系,为公园城市的投资、开发、运营管理提供永续发展支撑。

How to improve the efficiency of green space value conversion and promote the value of green space to a higher dimension is an important issue in the process of park city construction.This paper deconstructs the process of green space value transformation under the background of park city from the perspective of empowerment.It believes that the transformation of green space value is mainly through the empowerment of surrounding environment,space,people flow and commerce.Different scales and different types of green space can empower the surrounding environment at the ecological,social,and economic levels,so that its value can be transmitted and reflected in different dimensions.This paper attempts to construct a green enabling space system that meets the inherent needs of value transformation,and provides sustainable development support for the investment,development,and operation management of park cities.
