杭州市主城区餐饮业空间格局分异研究--以大众点评网络评价数据为例

摘要 文章通过python软件获取杭州市主城区餐饮商户在大众点评网中的点评数据,建立口碑评价指标体系,对餐饮业的空间分布格局进行核密度分析和综合评价。研究结果表明:杭州市主城区餐饮商户分为四个等级,呈"橄榄型"分布,中等口碑商户较多,餐饮业发展综合水平较高;餐饮业分布格局以湖滨地区为中心,其他多个次级中心共同发展,呈现"一核多心"的态势;餐饮商户口碑分布呈现圈层递减和沿交通轴线扩散的发展规律,且受城市等级和商圈规模的影响较大。 Based on the data from Dianping.com of the catering merchants in the main urban area of Hangzhou using python software,this article establishes an evaluation index system of praise degree to analyze and evaluate the spatial distribution pattern of catering industry,then it analyzes the development of business structure.The results show that:the catering industry in the main urban area of Hangzhou are divided into four classes,which looks like an"olive"shape.There are more catering merchants with medium praise degree,and the comprehensive level of catering industry’s development is relatively higher.The distribution pattern of the catering industry is centered on the Hubin area,and several other sub-centers are developing together,which presents the trend of"one core,several centers".The distribution of catering merchants’praise levels decline from central to peripheral circles and from the transportation axes to the surrounding area,and it is greatly affected by the scale and class of the urban commercial center.
