基于功能混合视角下的城市活力社区设计研究--以杭州湾高新混合社区为例

Research on Urban Dynamic Community Design from the Perspective of Mixed Uses——Take High-tech Mixed Community of Hangzhou Bay as an Example

社区是人们在城市中聚集生活的重要有机体,一个有活力的城市社区能够提高社区居民的满意度和幸福感。区别于中国目前封闭小区的开发模式,文章从功能混合概念的历史出发,阐释混合功能与活力社区营造的关联,并且以杭州湾高新混合社区的设计为例,论述了城市活力社区营造的设计要点。

Community is an important organism for people to gather in the city, and a dynamic urban community can increase the satisfaction and happiness of the community residents. Different from the development mode of closed community in China at present, this article starts from the history of the concept of mixed function, explains the relationship between mixed function and the construction of dynamic community, and takes the design of Hangzhou Bay high-tech mixed community as an example, discusses the design point of urban dynamic community.
