The Role and Enlightenment of State Intervention in Urban Regeneration in Japan, Singapore and Korea

发达国家的中央政府通过组织机构、法规政策、资金赞助等综合途径统筹协调全国的更新事务。文章通过对亚洲发达国家日本、新加坡、韩国的研究,指出我国应加强城市更新的国家战略地位,设立专职管理机构、健全国家法规政策、结合资金杠杆形成顶层更新支撑体系,以加强对全国更新事业的管控。

The central government of developed countries coordinate the regeneration affairs of the whole country through institution, laws and policies, funds and other comprehensive ways. Through the research of Asian developed countries such as Japan, Singapore, Korea, the paper points out that China should strengthen the status of urban regeneration in national strategy, form a top-level regeneration support system by setting up a full-time management institution, improving the laws, policies and financial leverage, so as to strengthen the control of urban regeneration.
