超高层办公建筑标准层使用面积系数研究

Study on Standard Floor Service Area Coefficient of Super High-rise Office Building

标准层使用面积系数对提高超高层办公建筑的经济效率有重要影响。文章基于实例调研分析,对标准层使用面积系数及其影响因素之间的关系进行了详细分析,并对不同建筑高度范围内的标准层面积和使用面积系数给出建议范围。

The use area coefficient of standard floor has an important influence on improving the economic efficiency of super high-rise office buildings.Based on the case study,this paper analyzes the relationship between the standard floor area coefficient and its influencing factors in detail.And the recommended range of standard floor area and service area coefficient in different building height range is given.
