老校门·新景观--场所视域下的南工大老校门复建设计

The old School Gate·The New Landscape——The Reconstruction Design of the Old School Gate of Nanjing Tech University from the Perspective of Place

20世纪90年代以来,我国高校迎来了大规模的建设高潮。高校合并、新校区建设如火如荼。在新校园景观营建中,如何延续、传承高校历史文脉,重塑新老校区情感维度,愈来愈受到重视。老校门,作为极具代表性与多重感情意义的标志性建筑物,常常被提取为新老校区联系过去、现在、未来的重要景观标本,成为新校区重塑场所精神举足轻重的"表达者"及延续历史文脉至关重要的"传承者"。文章以南京工业大学新校区老校门复建项目为例,记述不同时期、不同场所的老校门在新校园景观体系中书写历史、融入当代、启迪未来的作用,以及基于场所精神重塑的"老校门·新景观"模式地推进,缀连老校友与后续学子之间的情感纽带,塑造高校独特人文思想在景观建设中的表达。

With the development of large-scale construction of colleges and universities in China in the 1990s,and the construction of new campuses brought about by university mergers,the construction of new campuses is getting more and more popular.In the construction of the campus landscape system of the new campus,coleges and universities are paying more and more attention to the continuation of the historical context of colleges and universities and the bridging of the emotional dimension in the university landscape system.The old school gate,as an Iconic building with multiple representative and multi-feeling significance,not only serves as a gateway for transportation hubs and security,but also serves as the beginning of the campus facade and campus space sequence,often extracted as a new campus landscape construction.It is an important documentary that links the past,present and future,and becomes the’presenter’of the spirit of reshaping the place of the new campus,and the’inheritor’that is essential to the historical context of the university.This article takes the’Old school gate in new campus’rehabilitation project of Nanjing University of Technology as an example.and describes the role of the old school gate in writing the history,integrating into the contemporary and enlightening the future in the new campus landscape system,thus entwining the emotional bond between the old alumni and the follow-up students.It also describes the promotion of the"Old School Gate and New Landscape"model based on the reinvention of the spirit of the place,and promotes the expression of the unique humanistic thoughts in the landscape construction.
