近20年高校学报编辑学者化现状研究——基于20种CSSCI学报84名编辑学术论文的统计 被引量:2

摘要 调查20种CSSCI学报84名编辑20年学术论文发现,高校学报编辑学者化存在总体水平有待提高,编辑学论文和非编辑学论文之间不平衡、不同编辑之间的论文不平衡、不同学报之间的论文不平衡等问题。因而建议实现编辑学者化的目标分两步走:第一步,彻底执行高校学报编辑出版专业职业资格制度,使每一位高校学报编辑通过考试获得初级职业资格和中级职业资格;第二步,在第一步基础上再努力实现“编辑学专业学者化”和“非编辑学专业学者化”。 A survey of 84 editors of 20 CSSCI journals for 20 years shows that the overall level of schnolarization of journal editors in colleges and universities needs to be improved,as well as the imbalance between editorial papers and non-editorial papers,between different editors and between different journals.Therefore,it is suggested that the goal of editing scholatization should be realized in two steps:the first step is to thoroughly implement the professional qualification system for the editing and publishing of university journals,so that every university journal editor can obtain the primary vocational qualification and the intermediate vocational qualification through the examination;secondly,on the basis of the first step,efforts should be made to realize the“scholarization of editorial science and non-editorial science”.
