摘要
文章对U71MnG高速轨固定闪光焊接接头进行了检测分析,对比分析了探伤不同波高的焊接接头,并分析了探伤波高的产生原因,为焊接工艺调整提供了依据,提高了焊接接头质量。
In the paper,the dedecting and analysis on fixed flash welding joints of U71MnG high speed rail are introduced. The welding joints of different wave heights by ultrasonic testing are compared and analyzed as well as their causes are analyzed,which provides the basis for adjusting welding process so that the quality of welding joints is improved.
