摘要
针对干馏煤破碎粒度可控性差、水分偏大、燃烧速度不均等不足,通过强化燃料粒度控制、优化操作工艺等措施,解决了焦粉与干馏煤混合配加的难题。干馏煤最大配比占燃料消耗53%,烧结生产整体平稳顺行,产量提升,烧结矿质量稳定。烧结机利用系数提高0.021 t/m^2·h,固体燃耗降低5.87 kg/t,烧结矿FeO含量降低0.18个百分点,转鼓指数提高2.11个百分点,RI提高1.77个百分点。
The difficulty of mixing coke powder with retorting coal is solved through such measures as strengthening particle size control of fuel and optimizing the processibility aiming at the retorting coal is with such disadvantages as poor controllability of particle size after cracking,more moisture and non uniform combustion velocity. The maximum proportion of retorting coal is 53% of fuel consumption so that the whole sintering production is smooth,the output increases and quality of sinter is stable. Moreover,the utilization coefficient of sintering machine increases by 0. 021 t/m^2·h,solid fuel consumption decreases by 5. 87 kg/t,content of Fe O of sinter decreases by 0. 18 percentage points,drum index increases by2. 11 percentage points and the RI increases by 1. 77 percentage points.
