包钢冷轧乳化液应用的生产实践

摘要 文章从包钢使用乳液浓度、乳液p H值与颗粒度适配性以及皂化值生产过程进行总结,结果表明,当末机架乳液浓度在0.9%~1.1%范围内、乳液p H值在5.8~6.0范围内、乳液皂化值大于160 mg KOH/g时,带钢板面反射率相对较高,残油、残铁含量在合理范围内,带钢表面清洁度较好。 In this paper,the productive process is summarized from the concentration,p H value,granularity fitness and saponification value of emulsion used in Baotou Steel. The results showed that when the emulsion concentration of final stand is within the range of 0. 9% ~ 1. 1%,p H value of emulsion is within the range of 5. 8 ~ 6. 0 and saponification value of emulsion is greater than 160 mg KOH/g,the reflectance of strip surface is relatively higher,contents of residual oil and residual iron are within a reasonable range as well as surface clearness of strip is better.
