摘要 文章介绍了目前用户对冷轧低碳产品的实际需求,包钢稀土钢板材厂连退生产线对首次试制的SPCC进行工艺优化,降低屈服强度范围,消除屈服平台,提升产品的力学性能水平,使得该产品屈服强度控制在230 MPa以下,满足市场要求。 In this paper,the actual demand of cold rolled low carbon products for current users is introduced. The process optimization of SPCC for the first trial production with the continuous annealing production line of Rare Earth Steel Plate Plant of Baotou Steel is to reduce the yield strength range,eliminate yield platform and improve mechanical properties of products so that the yield strength is controlled at lower than 230 MPa,which could meet the market requirement.
