磁芯软磁特性对电流传感器直/交流性能影响的分析 被引量:2

摘要 本文分析了软磁材料磁特性对闭环霍尔电流传感器性能的影响。通过测试硅钢、坡莫合金及纳米晶磁芯软磁特性,并对比3组材质磁芯样机的直流/交流性能的区别,结果说明样机输出均满足额定的要求,但坡莫合金磁芯样机整体性能最优,精度和线性度分别约0.7‰,和0.13‰,带宽可达200 kHz,响应时间约为0.54μs。纳米晶磁芯样机性能指标接近坡莫合金材质样机,硅钢磁芯由于磁滞作用突出使得样机性能指标相对最低。同时,探讨三种软磁材料的材质特性和加工工艺,为电流传感器磁芯选型和产品性能优化提供更丰富的设计思路。 The influence of soft magnetic materials characteristics on closed loop hall current sensor properties was analyzed in this paper.By testing the difference between soft magnetic properties of silicon steel,permalloy and nanocrystalline magnetic core and contrasting the DC/AC properties of magnetic core sensor prototypes,the results indicated all prototypes can satisfy requirement of rated output,but peomalloy core sensor prototype shows the best overall performance,the accuracy and linearity are about 0.7‰,0.13‰;the bandwidth up to 200 kHz and the response time is 0.54μs.The performance of nanocrystalline core sensor prototype is close to the peomalloy core prototype,and the silicon core sensor prototype perform low due to the significantly magnetic hysteresis effect.At the same time,the characteristics and processing technology of three kinds of soft magnetic materials was discussed,which provide more abundant design ideals for the selection of magnetic core and the optimization of sensor performance.
