摘要
宿迁经济开发区黄河小学的"责任共生"德育品牌项目以责任为德育工作内容,以家校合作为德育工作途径,以共生浸润为德育工作手段,以学生品格提升为德育工作旨归,整体设计校园育人文化,开展以学生、教师、家庭为主体的系列化责任主题践行活动,形成品格提升共同体,实现三者品格共生,最终深度提升学生的品格。
The moral brand project of"responsibility symbiosis"in our school takes responsibility as the content of moral work,family-school cooperation as the way of moral work,symbiosis infiltration as the means of moral work,and students’character improvement as the goal of moral work.Also,our school designs campus culture of education as a whole,and carries out a series of practical activities with the theme of responsibility centered around students,teachers and families.As a result,we have constructed the community of character promotion to realize their character symbiosis so that students’character can be deeply enhanced.
