摘要 就学校的长远发展而言,教育科研是重中之重。真正的教育科研,是全域的,是涵盖全部学校工作、指向教师整体发展并渗透到整个进程之中的,致力于追求长远而可持续的学力和能量增殖,不断收获效益增量。学校教育科研的全域管理,要求高瞻远瞩定格局、专业供给激活力、真诚带动导入境。教育科研全域管理之事境运作,基于悟透事理,重在技术支撑,成于境脉引领。 In the case of the long-term school development,education research is the top priority.The authentic education research should be inclusive,covering all school work,oriented towards teachers’overall development,and permeating the whole processes,and such research should also be committed to enhancing long-term and sustainable learning ability and energy,which can constantly harvest incremental benefits.Global administration of school education research requires taking a long-term perspective to set the patterns,professional supply to activate vitality,and genuine guidance to lead into the contexts.Event-contextual operation in global administration of school education research relies on insights into the principles of events,focuses on technological support,and achieves success under the guidance of contextual veins.
