Research on Accelerating the Construction of a New Pattern for Guangxi’s All-round Opening Development with Institutional Opening Policy

新时代推进我国对外开放,既要沿着改革开放以来的成功道路进一步扩大开放,也要提升对外开放水平。制度型开放是推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化的必然选择,也是落实新发展理念、建设更高水平开放型经济新体制的重要抓手。近年来,广西积极围绕"三大定位"新使命,主动融入"一带一路"建设,已经初步形成了"南向、北联、东融、西合"全方位开放发展新格局,开放发展取得了显著成绩。然而,当前广西开放发展也面临新的困难和挑战,要破解这些挑战,亟须从制度型开放的高度进一步统筹全方位开放发展新格局建设,推动广西社会经济高质量发展。

To promote China’s opening to the outside world in the new era,we should not only increasingly expand the opening up along the successful road since the reform and opening up,but also raise the level of opening to the outside world.Institutional opening is an inevitable choice to promote the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity,and it is also an important grasp to implement the new development concept and build a new open economy system at a higher level.In recent years,Guangxi has actively focused on the new mission of“three major positioning”and actively integrated into the construction of“Belt and Road”,which has initially formed a new pattern of all-round opening development of“facing to the south,linking with the north,melting with the east and cooperating with the west”,and has made remarkable achievements in opening development.However,recently,Guangxi is still faced with new difficulty and challenge in the opening development.In order to solve these challenges,it is necessary to further coordinate the construction of a new pattern of all-round opening development and promote the high-quality development of Guangxi's social economy.
