摘要
作为中小学最基层的教学与研究组织,学科组对于学科教学水平提升、学生核心素养培育、教师专业发展、学校办学品质优化等都有一定的影响。当前,学科组建设存在应急性替代长期性、事务性替代业务性、独断性替代合作性等误区。优化学科组建设,要鼓励带头,更要强化带领;要把握教材,更要研究学生;要关注组织,更要尊重个体;要提升专业,更要优化生活。
Construction of discipline groups,as the most basic teaching and research organizations in primary and secondary schools,has certain infl uence on teaching level improvement,students’core competence cultivation,teachers’professional development,and school-running quality.At present,there are some misunderstandings in the constructing of discipline groups such as makeshift groups replacing long-term ones,chores placing services,and arbitrariness replacing cooperation.The paths of optimizing disciplinary group construction are as follows:emphasizing leadership as well as encouraging initiative,researching students as well as grasping textbooks,respecting individuals as well as attending to groups,and optimizing life as well as improving profession.
