摘要 学校办学思想是学校办学历史文化的积淀和对长期办学特色的理论提升。海安市立发中学在基础教育课程改革中,发掘地域历史人文优势,推进育人方式变革,提炼出“心本教育”的办学思想,通过发于心、会于心,立于心,最终成于心,提升育人境界,精细育人过程,变革心智教学,努力培养身心协调、素养厚实、智趣相生的新时代高中生。 School-running thought is accumulation of the school-running historical culture and theoretical improvement of long-term school-running characteristics.Our school,in reforming basic education curriculum,explores the advantages of regional historical humanity to promote innovation of educational forms,which has refined the school-running thought of“mind-oriented education”.We have improved the level of education,detailed the process of education,and changed mind teaching through starting from mind,understanding in mind,establishing in mind,and eventually succeeding in mind,striving to cultivate the new-era senior middle school students who are harmonious in mind and body,strong and well-prepared in competence,and mutually generative in intelligence and interest.
