多哈高速项目中水系统管道工程施工技术分析 被引量:1

摘要 鉴于道路给排水管道施工所处的环境复杂多变,既要考虑地上交通等影响,又要考虑避免与地下管线碰撞,导致道路给排水管道施工在实际中所遇困难重重。以多哈东部高速项目中水系统管道工程为例,通过沟槽开挖、管道铺设、水压试验等施工步骤的具体分析,说明了施工工期和质量遇到的问题,并提出有效控制市政管道施工质量的解决措施。现场实际作业结果表明,按要求开展施工各流程步骤,对确保管道施工的质量和工期尤为重要。 In view of the complex and changeable situation of the road water supply and drainage works,it is essential to consider not only the impact of the ground traffic but also to avoid the collision with the existed underground pipelines,which results in many difficulties in the execution of the installation of the road water supply and drainage works.Illustrated by the case of the treated sewage effluent(TSE)works in Doha East corridor the capital of Qatar,this paper explains the problems encountered in the construction period and quality and proposes the measures to effectively control the construction quality of municipal pipeline through the concrete analysis of the construction procedures such as trench excavation,pipeline laying,and hydraulic test.The practice result shows that it is particularly important to carry out the construction procedures according to requirements to ensure the quality and construction period of pipeline works.
