摘要
在机电管线安装过程中,预埋在楼板中的套管精度往往是影响机电安装质量与观感的关键所在。在BIM建模优化系统管线的基础上,统计出生成的套管坐标,通过全站仪及自主研发的套管辅助放样装置对套管进行精准放样,并通过套管辅助固定装置对套管进行固定,达到高精度预埋套管。该方法较好地解决了预埋套管精度低的难点问题,为后续提高机电管线安装质量及观感夯实了基础。
In the process of pipeline installation,the precision of casing embedded in the floor is often the key to the quality and appearance of pipeline installation.On the basis of BIM modeling and pipeline optimization,the generated casing coordinates were counted.The casing was accurately positioning by total station and the independently developed casing auxiliary positioning device,and the casing was fixed by the casing auxiliary fixing device to achieve high precision embedded casing.This method solves the difficult problem of low precision of embedded casing,and lays a solid foundation for improving the installation quality and visual sense of pipeline installation.
