摘要
[目的]分析不同产地螺旋藻的质量差异。[方法]采用ICP-OES法、干燥法以及灰分测定法,对31批市售螺旋藻原料进行水分、总灰分及铅镉砷汞的含量分析。[结果]31批螺旋藻的水分含量范围在0.28%~8.29%,总灰分含量范围在2.77%~10.71%,其中批号15的螺旋藻金属镉超过GB 16919-1997标准。[结论]通过对不同批次螺旋藻进行理化指标的检测,可为其质量控制和安全性评价提供科学依据。
[Objective]To compare the quality difference of Arthrospira platensis collected from the different places.[Methods]The water content,total ash content and heavy metals in 31 batches of Arthrospira platensis powder were determined by ICP-OES method,direct drying method in GB5009.3-2016 Food,moisture determination and ash determination method in GB5009.4-2016 Food.[Results]The water content of 31 batches of Arthrospira platensis ranged from 0.28%to 8.29%and total ash content ranged from 2.77%to 10.71%.Among which the batch 15 Spirulina metal cadmium exceeds GB16919-1997 Standard.[Conclusion]The detection of physical and chemical indictions of different batches Arthrospira platensiswere detected can provide a scientific basis for its quality control and safety evaluation.
