雷贝拉唑与奥美拉唑治疗老年反流性食管炎的临床价值体会

目的 评价雷贝拉唑与奥美拉唑治疗老年反流性食管炎的临床价值.方法 选取2017年2月至2019年10月在本院就诊治疗的老年反流性食管炎患者120例为研究对象,依据电脑随机分配法分为观察组与对照组,各60例,观察组接受雷贝拉唑治疗,对照组接受奥美拉唑治疗,比较两组药物疗效、症状积分以及不良反应情况.结果 观察组患者治疗后临床总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者用药后不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,治疗后观察组反流、食管刺激和食管外刺激积分显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 临床关于老年反流性食管炎的治疗选择雷贝拉唑的药用价值更高,产生的药物不良反应较少,值得临床推广应用.

Objective To evaluate the clinical value of rabeprazole and omeprazole in the treatment of elderly reflux esophagitis.Methods The elderly patients with reflux esophagitis in our hospital from February 2017 to October 2019 were selected as the study subjects.120 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 60 cases in each group based on the computer random allocation method.The observation group received rabeprazole.The control group received omeprazole,and the efficacy,symptom score and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The clinical effective rate in the observation group after treatment was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The rate of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of reflux,esophageal stimulation and extraesophageal stimulation were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Rabeprazole has higher medicinal value in clinical treatment options for elderly reflux esophagitis,and it has less side effects,which is worthy of clinical application.
