贝那普利联合骨化三醇治疗对糖尿病肾病患者HCY和Cys-C及β2-MG水平的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的 探讨贝那普利联合骨化三醇治疗对糖尿病肾病患者HCY、Cys-C、β2-MG水平的影响.方法 选择2017年1月至2018年8月本院接诊的糖尿病肾病患者80例,采用随机数字表分为实验组与对照组,各40例.对照组患者采用贝那普利治疗,实验组患者采用贝那普利联合骨化三醇治疗,比较两组疗效.结果 治疗后,实验组空腹血糖值为(4.8±0.3)mmol/L,低于对照组的(5.6±0.4)mmol/L,且治疗后,实验组餐后2 h血糖(5.6±0.3)mmol/L,高于对照组(7.5±0.4)mmol/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,实验组患者HCY(12.53±3.19)μmol/L、Cys-C(1.07±0.16)mg/L、β2-MG(2.37±0.33)mg/L显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,实验组患者MDA(4.54±0.73)nmol/mL、AOPPs(44.85±4.23)μg/L显著低于对照组,SOD(64.26±4.85)IU/mL水平显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 贝那普利联合骨化三醇治疗可有效减轻糖尿病肾病患者的氧化应激状态,减轻肾脏损伤程度,改善肾功能,疗效显著,值得推荐. Objective To investigate the effects of benazepril combined with calcitriol on the levels of HCY,Cys-C andβ2-MG in patients with diabetic nephropathy.Methods Eighty patients with diabetic nephropathy admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to August 2018 were enrolled.The patients were divided into the experimental group and the control group by random number table,with 40 cases in each groups.Patients in the control group were treated with benazepril,and patients in the experimental group were treated with benazepril plus calcitriol.The efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results Compared with the treatment group,the fasting blood glucose level after treatment was(4.8±0.3)mmol/L,which was lower than that of the control group(5.6±0.4)mmol/L.After 2 h blood glucose(5.6±0.3)mmol/L was higher than that of the control group(7.5±0.4)mmol/L,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of HCY(12.53±3.19)μmol/L,Cys-C(1.07±0.16)mg/L,andβ2-MG(2.37±0.33)mg/L in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The MDA(4.54±0.73)nmol/mL and AOPPs(44.85±4.23)μg/L in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the SOD(64.26±4.85)IU/mL level was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Benazepril combined with calcitriol can effectively alleviate the oxidative stress status of patients with diabetic nephropathy,reduce the degree of kidney damage,improve renal function,and has significant curative effect.It is recommended.
