人工泪液凝胶联合羟糖甘滴眼液治疗干眼症的疗效观察

Observation on the effect of artificial tear gel combined with hydroxy sugar drop in the treatment of xerophthalmia

目的 探究干眼症患者应用人工泪液凝胶与羟糖甘滴眼液联合治疗的临床疗效.方法 选取2018年3月至2019年3月本院诊治的110例干眼症患者作为研究对象,按随机数表分为对照组与研究组,各55例.对照组予人工泪液凝胶,研究组予以人工泪液凝胶与羟糖甘滴眼液联合方案,分析两组临床疗效指标、视力水平及不良反应情况.结果 治疗后,研究组泪液分泌(2.47±0.40)mm/min、BUT(11.29±3.12)s高于对照组的(1.76±0.33)mm/min、(8.15±2.39)s(P<0.05);研究组FL为(1.08±0.25)分,低于对照组的(3.52±1.49)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且研究组视力为(0.73±0.11),高于对照组的(0.60±0.10),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率为3.64%,低于对照组的9.09%,差异无统计学意义.结论 干眼症患者应用人工泪液凝胶与羟糖甘滴眼液联合治疗,能有效改善患者疗效指标,提高视力水平,不良反应少,具一定临床应用与研究价值.

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of artificial tear gel combined with hydroxyglycogan eye drops on patients with xerophthalmia.Methods 110 cases of xerophthalmia diagnosed and treated in our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were selected as the study subjects.According to the random number table,they were divided into the control group and the research group,with 55 cases in each group.The control group was given the artificial tear gel,and the research group was given the artificial tear gel and hydroxyglycine eye drops combined program,and the clinical efficacy indicators,visual acuity and adverse reactions of the two groups were analyzed.Results After treatment,the tear secretion of the study group(2.47±0.40)mm/min,BUT(11.29±3.12)s was higher than that of the control group(1.76±0.33)mm/min,(8.15±2.39)s(P<0.05).The FL score of the study group(1.08±0.25)scores was lower than that of the control group(3.52±1.49)scores,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Moreover,the vision of the study group(0.73±0.11)was higher than the control group(0.60±0.10),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 3.64%,which was lower than 9.09%in the control group,and the difference was not statistically significant.Conclusion The combined treatment of artificial tear gel and hydroxyglycogan eye drops in patients with xerophthalmia can effectively improve the efficacy index of the patients,improve the level of vision,less adverse reactions,it has certain clinical application and research value.
