浅谈60万t/a连续重整装置液化气铜片腐蚀影响因素及调整方法

摘要 庆阳石化公司60万t/a连续重整装置采用AXENS公司连续重整技术工艺包,预处理部分采用先加氢后分馏,预分馏塔与蒸发塔"合二为一"的工艺方案,并设拔头油汽提塔为下游装置提供合格原料,重整反应部分设置4台重整反应器,以生产研究法辛烷值为102的高辛烷值汽油组分为目的,同时经分馏系统还副产重整液化气,可供外销产品或异构化原料。2019年4月14日开始重整液化气出现铜片腐蚀不合格样,初期调整主要为提高汽提塔底温、控制塔压、提高脱丁烷塔C202底温,产品仍无法稳定达标。本文通过总结生产经验,分析造成重整液化石油气铜片腐蚀不合格的原因,并提出工艺优化措施。 600000t/a continuous reforming unit of Qingyang Petrochemical Company adopts Axens continuous reforming technology package。In the pretreatment part,hydrogenation followed by fractionation is adopted,A stripper is set up to provide qualified raw materials for downstream units,and four reforming reactors are set in the reforming reaction part,For the purpose of producing high octane gasoline with Ron 102,the by-product of the fractionation system is reforming liquefied gas,It can be used for export products or isomerized raw materials.On April 14,2019,unqualified copper strip corrosion samples appeared in LPG reforming.The initial adjustment is mainly to increase the bottom temperature of stripper,control tower pressure,and increase the bottom temperature of debutanizer C202.The products still fail to reach the standard stably.Based on the production experience,this paper analyzes the causes of unqualified copper strip corrosion of reformed LPG and puts forward the process optimization measures.
