16万m^3液化天然气(LNG)低温储罐在国内LNG接收站被广泛建造,泡沫玻璃砖作为LNG低温储罐重要的底部保冷材料,一直被国外厂家所垄断。近年来,率先开始了800型玻璃砖的国产化应用。本文通过对国内A厂家所生产的2400型产品进行抽样试验、确定应用、工程实际应用、对应用后的使用效果进行评价,得出国产产品符合LNG低温储罐设计和建造的结论。

160,000m3 LNG low temperature storage tanks are widely built in domestic LNG receiving stations.Foam glass bricks have been monopolized by foreign manufacturers as an important bottom cooling material for LNG low temperature storage tanks.In recent years,the first domestic application of 800-type glass bricks has begun.In this paper,by sampling test of 2400 products produced by domestic A manufacturer,confirming the application,practical application of the project,and evaluating the use effect after application,it is concluded that the domestic products meet the design and construction of LNG low temperature storage tanks.
